Shipping & Returns
Most orders ship within 48 hours of receipt. Shipping and handling is dependent on product and quantity ordered.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
FedEx, UPS, Third partying shipping via Fedex and UPS.
If you are shipping third party collect. Please include:
- Account number and zip code associated with that account.
- Freight Shipping.
- For freight shipping please call 323.425.9010 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the order weight and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown the actual shipping cost.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item:
If you would like to return items that have been ordered, please email email@example.com or call 323.425.9010.
In the event of a returned item please include:
- Package with a signed letter stating the reason for your return.
- The original receipt and purchase order number. We do not pay return shipping except on a case by case basis.
We will not accept returns past 90 days of delivery. Items must be returned in unused condition with original packaging material. For custom orders on floor tape and floor signs we do not accept returns.
Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. Cost of shipping is not included.
